Welcome

Sara Condrey is a Montessori teacher, gardener, and bee keeper but writing has always been her passion. While she has been writing in various forms since early childhood, she published her first novel "The Good Shepherd" in 2017. She enjoys exploring different genres and is always working on her next book.

What writing is to me

Writing has always been a part of who I am. It’s more than a hobby, even more than a passion, it’s an integral part of myself; an essential part of my makeup. It’s almost a compulsion—I simply have to write. It’s as though my soul isn’t balanced unless I’m working on something and there’s always something to work on.

Book on Tap: Stalked

Samantha Connelly enjoyed her simply life. She had a good job, cozy home, great friends and a new guy. Everything was falling into place until she kept seeing the same hooded figure, in the same gray car. She was being watched and she was afraid that was only the beginning.

Rory McClellen had a secret. Nobody knew that he ran a business through the dark web, one that involved him fulfilling the requests for humanity’s underbelly. He also had an obsession. A woman who tantalized him, frustrated him and provoked him. He wanted her, and he vowed to make her his.

Book on Tap: The Good Shepherd

The Good Shepherd, (Book 1 in Cloverdale Series) published 2017. Won honorable mention in 2018 Paris Book Festival

Detective Kara Williams has always been intuitive about the homicide cases she is tasked with, however, lately, something more than intuition is affecting her. She is plagued with visions of grisly scenes that become all too real as a serial killer wreaks havoc on her small town of Cloverdale.

Now with her dog Prince, Kara has to navigate the horrors within her own mind as well as the twisted musings of a psychopath to stop the chaos and keep the people of Cloverdale safe.

“I highly recommend this novel. It will pull you in and keep you turning the pages late into the night. With relatable and compelling characters, a plot that keeps you on the edge of your seat and looking over your shoulder, it is one of the best thrillers of the year.”
